I love anything with a personal touch to it. With that in mind… I love chalkboard walls!
I love dry-erase walls.
In our house, we have two chalkboard walls (one in the kitchen and one in my son’s room) and two dry-erase walls (one in my daughter’s room and one in my office). I love how they look; I love that you can never get bored with them and I love the hours of fun they produce! My kids actually like hanging out in their rooms now! And I actually love going in and seeing what they have done in there!
There’s something so special about personalization. The feeling that “this chalkboard/dry erase wall could only be in my room!”
So I was very excited when browsing my new favorite blog, mamaista, I found this gem….The Australian artist creates works of art with your own (or your child’s) handwriting! (Because all four walls can’t be of chalkboard paint!)
